    Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechnical /Electrical EnggExperience: 5 to 10 yrs exp in handling customer complaint, CAPA, Warranty complaint, Final inspectionPreferebly from Automobile IndustryPrefer to shift vasai & local candidatesJob description:Must have exp in handling customer complaint, CAPA, Warranty complaint, Final inspectionManage , co-ordinate and direct the implementation and operation of quality department for all (QA/QC) projects.Conduct audit for all projects .Review performance & development of quality staff.Conduct periodic project development phase audits to ensure compliance.Investigate customer compalints and make corrective actions for the same.
