Job Description

    1. Scheduling appointments with clients to start new membership or follow up on past memberships
    2. Monitoring the front desk and answering incoming calls, greeting customers as they enter the gym, and answering questions about the facilitys services
    3. Processing membership applications and collecting supporting documents and fees.
    4. Taking care of basic customer service tasks such as answering phones, greeting clients by name, and checking in members
    5. Updating member records with new contact information and payment details
    6. Maintaining membership records and processing fees as directed by management
    7. Collecting payment from members for all operational activities in the club
    8. Explaining facility policies and procedures to new members and helping them get acquainted with the facility
    9. Making announcements over the public address system about events taking place at the gym or facility or about facility policies
    10. Managing the online and offline bookings & keep a track on payments received.
    11. Issuing Booking confirmation cards to the members and non-members.
    12. Collection of Cash payments and keep record of the same.
    13. Keep an eye on security management
    14. Managing event bookings and send the quotes after approval of management
    15. Club tour and briefing to clients
    16. Checking emails every day and revert to them accordingly.
