Responsible for handling of incoming and outgoing calls including distribution. Making sure to demonstrate professional and polite responses in telephone responses 2. Welcome Visitors & Guide visitors to right destination including co-ordination with employees. 3. Responsible for maintaining the telephone registers including call tracking 4. Preparation of database of Client contacts and updating the same 5. Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of front office 6. Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence 7. Ensure receipt of magazines and newspapers for the building and ensure display of the latest version in the reception as well as removal of the outdated magazines 8. Provide assistance in general administrative activities 9. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and calls 10. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges 11. Respond to client/ customer inquiries on telephone or in person 12. Record keeping of all inward/ outward post/ documents/ couriers. 13. Local vendor management 14. Monitor and maintain office equipment Desired Candidate Minimum 2-4 yrs of Experience in front desk with strong administration skills. Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client and staff. Should be presentable & have good communication. Pro-active and detail-orientated with good multi-tasking skills,
