Details of Duties & responsibilities: To meet and greet the member arriving at the club and to guide him / her as per the requirements.To ensure that the member is provided with all the desired information either by self knowledge or by consulting an appropriate source.To attend to all the incoming calls within three rings and answer or transfert hem as requested.To be the primary point to check that only Members are given entry into the club. A non-member accompanied by a Member is to be accounted for and charged as per the policy.To own up any kind of communication from a member till the member is given the required service or information.To ensure that the reservation requests received from member for any service is blocked as desired and confirmed back to the member in the standard format and time. In case of non-availability of the service, the same is coomunicated to the member.To ensure that the front desk is manned at all operating times to be able to receive calls and attend to members when ever required.To effectively coordinate with all departments to provide worlclass service to the Member.To maintain par stock (sufficient for at least 2 weeks) of items like stationary, tea light candles, Fragrance oils, etcTo effective perform and continuously improve the working standards assigned both primary and secondary. The primary is the GRE job. The Secondary is the individual responsibility given depending on the interest of the employees like Event Coordination, Housekeeping, Information Data base handling.Maintain professional relationship with the members.Ensures member information is accuratly fed in the system.Ensures that the billing is error free.Attributes: Be a self starter and take proactive actionBe enthusiastic and dedicated to the clubs successRemember and Recognize membersMaintain pleasant and friendly disposition at all times during the shift.
