Job Description

    ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Design, develop and support SPAs , micro web-ui components and microservices for react/java/spring/Kubernetes ecosystem.
    • Implement functions that meet both business requirement and technical requirements including non-functional requirements (e.g. security, performance, reliability, scalability)
    • Maintain existing microservice functions
    • Gathering functional requirements and developing technical specifications
    • Conduct System Integration Testing for the software solution, and support User Acceptance Testing
    • Resolve Incidents and Service Request within the agreed SLA
    • Comply with Corporate policies, audits, SOP and processes defined
    JOB REQUIREMENTS(A) QUALIFICATION
    • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent
    • Certifications in Agile/Scrum, Kubernetes, cloud technologies, ITIL Foundation will be an advantage
    • Certification/Hand-on experience in telecom technologies (Metro Ethernet, GPON, IP, GSM/4G Ran/backhaul, 5G, VNF, SDN) will be an advantage
    • Certification/knowledge of TM Forum reference architectures will be an advantage
    (B) EXPERIENCE
    • At least 3 years relevant working experiences in providing application development, deployment, support and maintenance
    • Proficient in following technologies:
    • o HTML front-end : HTML,CSS, Java Script, react, react native
    • o Java, Spring, Spring boot, Apache Camel, Junit, Node JS
    • o RESTful, SOAP
    • o Gradle, CI/CD ,GIT
    • Experience in following technologies will be considered as advantage:
    • o Development and maintenance of containerized applications for Kubernetes
    • o RDBMS: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle
    • o Non-SQL Databases: MongoDB, Neo4J, Apache Cassandra
    • o Event streaming: Kafka, Rabbit MQ
    • o Distributed caching & coordination: Hazelcast, Redis, Zookeeper
    • o Advanced Kubernetes: Service Mesh, k-native, operator framework
    • o Atlassian CI/CD stack: JIRA, BitBucket, Bamboo
    • o Azure/AWS Cloud
    • o Microsoft Power Platform
    • Hands-on experience of working in Agile/Scrum environment
    • A team player, self-motivated learner, multi-tasking and resourceful
    • Ability to work independently and able to accomplish goals within a short period of time
    • Good communication skills and ability to translate technical terms and communicate with business users
    • Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skill
