Key account ManagementJob Description1. Planning, scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance of MAL/ MRV/ WV 2. Attending to breakdowns on Mobile Autonomous Launchers (MAL) & Mobile replenishment Vehicle (MRV) & Workshop Vehicle (WV) including electrical and electronics problems at designated location.3. Achieving an uptime of 98% for all equipment which are under AMC4. Working with own hands.5. Managing Spares requirement with HO.6. Co- ordination with Vendors for attending to breakdowns of MAL/ MRV/ WV 7. Planning, proper execution of AMC (Annual Maintenance contract) and achieving customer satisfaction.8. Maintaining daily service reports. 9. Maintaining rapport with customer (BrahMos & AF)10.
