Job Description

Job Role:

  • Understand and document the core focus of the product, understand the market segment and the target user of the product and key pain points we are solving for
  • Learn from around the world examples and bring the highest level of proficiency in the technology stack being used for the product
  • Write good code by maintaining coding standards, indentation, comments, declarations, statements, white space, naming conventions nomenclature etc
  • Work with the product, testing, documentation teams to discuss details of the release in advance and the outcome each release.
  • Catch bugs and style issues in code reviews
  • Release small features independently
  • Communicate with the product manager, support and operations to bring in new features and enhancements
  • Maintain the backlog, to ensure every requirement is well discussed and documented with feedback from user / product teams
  • Ensure every feature / enhancement / bug has a low level and high level documentation before execution starts
  • Author technical architecture documents
Job Requirements:
  • Min 6-8 yrs of experience in software architecture, designing and development with software product companies, startups, ecommerce companies etc.
  • Expertise in Python 2 & 3.
  • Experience in frameworks like Flask, Django etc.
  • Worked with technologies in Big Data like Elasticsearch, Lucene etc.
  • Working experience on Agile Development methodologies and Scrum.
  • Knowledge / Interest in Cyber Security would be an advantage .
