Should be able to clearly articulate Technical solutions to Product Managers or Clients Must be very well versed with Web Application deploymentroduction and postdeployment monitoring processes Should be able to take independent technical decisions based on project requirements Should be able to drive a High Quality Culture within the Engineering team with a strong emphasis on Unit Testing & Bug free delivery Should be able to conduct effective code reviews and mentor a highly productive and efficient team Should be able to implement solutions in one or more web technologies & databases1. Full Stack Javascript,2. LAMP using frameworks like Code Igniter or Laravel3. Progressive Web Applications4. Any Relational Database Should have expertise in one of the Javascript Frameworks Backbone, React or Angular and be able to pick up and architect solutions in any of the frameworks Should have a strong understanding of DOM, HTML CSS, semantic markup, and cross browser issues Should be able to analyse & work with existing codebases Should be able to effectively incorporate Open Source Libraries in solutions Should be able to mange Application Performance by regular performance monitoring, tuning & optimizationOther Qualities Should possess demonstrable communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work in an environment of perfection and compliance to web standards and high design quality benchmarks Should be Flexible selfstarter, who enjoys solving problems and technical challenges Should be a Team player with passion who understands and respects personal & cultural differencesRegards,HR Team
