Functional Trainer (For a Bank) - NCR Functional Trainer (For a Bank) - NCRBusiness Unit: Retail BankingReporting to: Training Head Job Role: Impart Training on regulatory instructions / products/ process/ systems for consumer banking employees. Ability to assess relevant training needs for staff individuals, in consultation with Regional Heads including assessment methods and measurement systems entailed. Design training courses and programmes necessary to meet training needs, or manage this activity via external provider (s) . Identify, select and manage external training necessary to deliver required training to appropriate roles. Organise training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attendance and deliveryEnsure all training activities and materials meet with relevant Bank s Products and statutory policies. Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc, as required. Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times. Plan and implement training strategy and activities consistent with overall aims and requirements of the organizationManage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets Job Requirements: Needs to have very strong Banking knowledge and should be well versed with the products and processes of the bank and keep self - updated at all timesNeeds to be very approachable and should have the ability to guide and be the first point of contact for the employees. Ability to successfully implement all the training drives initiated from time to time,
