Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile app. Design and develop content for E- Learning Led Programs for various Training Modules applicable for Functional Learning areas covering assessments, training content, facilitator guides, post training assessments/evaluations, workbooks, etc. This will involve implementation of the same for various departments in Consumer Bank like Retail Assets, Retail Liabilities, CCC, etc. Design and develop content for eLearning Training modules applicable to various departments of Consumer Bank on banks learning platforms. Ensure that ELP content is updated periodically for effective front end communication by trainer. Understand Learning Gaps from/ in collaboration with HO teams like process & product, etc. and advise plan for fulfillment of the same. Ensure continuous Channel and Trainer engagement to understand user needs and ensure the digital training programs are effective. Take initiatives proactively to create better solutions which will make learning more user-friendly. Create assessments on various topics and conduct the same via online tools to gauge users knowledge levels. Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the mobile design field.,
