The candidate should be a Post Graduate and must have over 15 years of experience of Container liner Sales. The person must be result oriented, hold good market knowledge, mature and have a pleasant disposition. He must be able to effectively manage people and external agencies. Job responsibilities include to organize and control commercial activities and guide / lead the sales team effectively. Candidate must hold good communication skills and co- ordinate with principals & customers to derive best results. He must drive the team to ensure capacity allocation to optimize revenue, increase market share and maximize liftings, with increased customer base and identifying new areas of business expansion.,
