PRE- REQUISITE: 10+ years of Telecom experience, 5+ years must be relevant and in international market Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills. Fluent in English, both written and verbal Knowledge of Access technologies & market price points Existing Relationship with international telecom carriers Extensive experience in circuit price negotiations Speaking of any international language is a plus point Strong analytical skills 2. RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in quotation process to acquire new customers and/ or upsale to existing customers. Managing procurement of data services like IPLC, FR, MPLS, L2 circuits, Ethernet, DSL etc. Manage Contracts/ MSA Network and cost optimization projects: Manage renewals of network deals, grooms and meet set cost reductions Handle escalations from Service Delivery and operations for issues related to vendor or partner Handle and negotiate billing disputes with vendors if escalated.
