The position identifies and right sizes the advancement of collaboration services and technologies. Mondelez has heavy investments in the Microsoft O365 suite and Skype/Teams infrastructure, the candidate will be responsible to ensure the return on this investment is maximized and users productivity is improving. Collaborate across regions and share and develop best practices in a Global delivery model. This individual will work closely with the collaboration Architect, peers in Desktop and EUC, Security operations team, Onsite services and Network teams. Main Responsibilities :1. Acts as the global service owner and lead for the following services and technology - O365, Skype, Teams, Email, Sharepoint, Video, Broadcast, Fixed Telephony is accountable for ensuring 99% business uptime across these services and owns the strategic initiatives and road maps in this domain. Coordinates and manages escalations and critical issues2. Is responsible to maintain the current lines of services and offer Mondelez users with latest thinking and delivery of new service lines. Expanding and leveraging fully the investments in Microsoft technologies.3. Manages approvals and exceptions for Software launch and policy approvals like EUC and Peripherals purchases4. Manages the Global budget; Costs spending are tracked and monitored. Delegates where appropriate the costs management to his team. Has ability to run projects to achieve financial targets and champions cost ownership and policy adherence.5. Influence and guide business process owners in leveraging latest innovation and adoption of new technology to maximize business value. Liase and manage works council approvals for collaboration technologies.6. Maintain a high standard of ITIL service management criteria across teams and vendors, Enforces IT Services Management Processes and is Accountable for an efficient usage of Information Systems according to best practices.7. Monitors and communicates client satisfaction and is accountable for ensuring delivery of Infrastructure service quality improvements. Monitors appropriate KPIs/SLAs . Review periodically the services with business and delivery groups8. Manages vendor negotiations, RFIs and RFPs in the collaboration domain. Ensures discussions on ethical behavior of vendor resources, meeting service levels, associated penalties9. Leads the ITS work on Acquisitions and Divestiture programs from a collaboration pov. Coordinates due diligence and establishes ITS resource demand for projects implementation along with Project Delivery leads in the regions.10. Accountable to ensure that the direct line manager owns the satisfaction, growth, success, coaching, motivation, and day-to-day issue guidance of all employees.
