The core responsibilities consist in:1) developing global Data & Analytics ITS Strategies and delivering solutions and services in support of global CHC business unit.2) at the same time being the strategic business partner for the International CHC region, and drive / be accountable for the full ITS agenda for CHC GBU in that region.As part of the new ITS operating model, this role will have following main missions:- To develop Data & Analytics global ITS strategies and Execution Action Plans for the Consumer Health Care GBU, in support of their business operations- In close partnership with International Region operational leaders, lead ITS strategic planning activities in order to achieve business goals; define and communicate long-term vision, strategy and plans; implement and lead adequate IS governance models with the region to ensure that strategies are shared, risks are managed appropriately, and objectives are met- Identify and prioritize ITS programs; involve all stakeholders to define roadmaps and control their implementation; ensure that ITS resources and expertise are aligned as needed;- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and expertise of existing and emerging technology standards, as well as industry trends and best practices, in Commercial and Enterprise Information Management activities;- Develop, track and control the development and deployment of ITS multi-year financial long-range plans, as well as annual operating and capital budgets for CHC Data & Analytics activities.EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES Qualifications & Experience - Superior Education level with over 10 years of work experience- Proven and Successful IS experience in Commercial activities for a global organization, with in-depth knowledge of Matures & Emerging markets- Proven expertise in information management and IT practices- Solid experience in supporting sales functions in consumer-facing businesses ideally in an advanced industry (Finance, FMCG, Auto, Luxury)- BI, Data Science experience- Experience acquired working in complex multi-cultural, matrix environments, at the international level with some of that experience preferably acquired working outside his/her home country. The individual will bring real know how and demonstrated ease to evolve in a truly global enterprise.- He/she will be used to serving demanding industries, driven by technology and innovation with constraints imposed by various regulatory bodies and security.Critical Competencies for Success- Excellent leadership and staff management skills; able to motivate staff to deliver on a range of projects, often with competing priorities.- Proven skills in communication, management of customer expectations.- Proven track record in Senior Business Partnership management- Capacity to move in a complex environment of project management, process owners, users expectations, IT/IS orientations and under financial challenges and competing priorities.- Strategic thinker, capable of translating technical items into management understandable terms.
