This role is responsible for the strategy and delivery of people and culture communications across the Group, to build stronger employee experiences for all colleagues through various channels and partners.What will you do Define the strategy, approach, and best practices in which information and ideas are shared between SCB s management team and its colleagues (and vice versa), working in close partnership with Human Resources to design campaigns, drive culture transformation and our Employee Value Proposition. Deliver the People and Culture Communications strategy in alignment with agreed plans for Group-wide internal campaigns and in co-ordination with major transformation initiatives through Global Head, Change and Transformation Comms. Scope and develop communications strategies and implementation approaches for the delivery of strategic communications interventions for change and transformation programmes. Responsible for managing and supporting functional and business communications partners to drive consistency and right level of messaging to internal stakeholders across Group, Region and Country. Use new technologies to deliver better and more targeted content with greater audience segmentation, both internally and externally. Drive an insights-driven and measurement focused approach that sets clear objectives and metrics, and measures key results for all initiatives to assess impact of our efforts and drive a continuous improvement approach.What do you need to succeed A communications expert who can effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, using a broad range of appropriate techniques. Create a climate that cultivates imagination, new ideas, and experimentation, promoting an environment that encourages patience and learning from failures, and directing creativity towards effective implementation of busines solutions. Lead in the design and development of multi-channel communications campaigns, ensuring proper dissemination of information across audiences and stakeholders, and championing the use of innovative communications vehicles and practices.
