Job Profile Job Code : UFP6 Job Title : GM - Finance Location : Mumbai No. of Position : 1 Qualification : CA Exp in Years : 10+ yrs Salary Range (lacs p.a.) : 7-12 lacs p.a Preparation of annual revenue, capital expenditure and working capital budget. Preparation of projected profit and loss account and balance sheet for the Division . Preparation of monthly profit and loss account and balance sheet & comparison of the same with the budget and analyzing the reasons for variations. Timely submission of accurate MIS reports to the Management. Preparation of monthly & daily cash flows, monitoring of payments and managing of working capital Co-ordination with Regional Finance Managers for day to day accounting of transactions, data entries , Collections & cash flows, balance confirmation of customers and franchises and collection of TDS certificates. Monitoring regionwise collections and controlling the amounts deposited in CMS accounts and locally utilized by regions. Ensuring that all statutory liabilities are paid on time and prioritizing payments towards other outstanding liabilities. Responsible for day to day accounting , preparation of annual profit and loss account balance sheet and liasoning with statutory auditors. Co-ordination with Internal auditors as regards various internal audit reports pertaining to the division. Ensuring the implementation of oracle software for accounting transactions. ,
