Job Description

Candidate be responsible of handling Sales & Marketing function of Critical Care & Clinical Nutrition business of reputed Pharma Company based at Mumbai. You will be Accountable for the achievement of P&L for the business through sales and marketing in Clinical Nutrition / Nutraceuticals space. You will be Accountable for Sales Force Effectiveness on PAN India basis and timely collection. You will be Accountable for business development through prescriptions, hospitals, tenders and E-Commerce exploiting full potential of digital space. Achieving Top Line and Bottom Line , Business Development , Retention & Development of Team and Launching of New Products. Required Candidate profileB.Sc. or B. Pharma with MBA in Marketing having 15 to 20 years of hardcore Sales and Marketing, new product and Brand establishment, Customer Relationship Management in Critical care & Clinical Nutrition or Nutraceuticals and allied pharmaceutical companies. Last minimum 2/3 years the person should be Head of Sales and Marketing with 100Cr P&L accountability and achievement levels through Critical Care / Hospitals Business / Hospital Division (Injectables and tube feeding segment) is essential. Experience in acquiring Hospitals (bed capacity, therapy variety, critical care, super-specialty chains, etc) is a must and critical for the role. Candidate should be good in Strategy Management, Business Planning, Complete Profit & Loss, Marketing & Sales Plan, Budgeting and executing the same on Pan India Basis. Exposure to Critical Care is a must, exposure to Gastro, Nephro, Cardio, Diabetic therapies through hospital business is essential. ,
