The purpose of the Graphic Designer is to support public relations, marketing and sales activities with the design and execution of print and other graphics,in corporating appropriate interpretation of the brand standards in order to meet our internal client s communications needs.1. Education and experience in designing and producing print and social media materials.2. Knowledge of industry-standard graphic design and layout software (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) with understanding of Photoshop and Illustrator.3. Ability to translate written communications into graphics that support and enhance the client s communication as well as the brand.4. Ability to provide multiple design concepts as required by project direction.5. Knowledge of different printing methods including traditional, digital, etc. and proper file preparation for the different printing methods.6. Working knowledge with Microsoft Office programs with a better than average understanding of PowerPoint.7. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.8. Ability to establish and maintain effective records and keep digital archives per department policies.9. Applicants must also be open to new ideas and influences, and quick to react to changing trends. The ability to work independently and under pressure are equally important traits,10. along with self-discipline to start projects on their own, to budget their time, and to meet deadlines and production schedulesDesired Candidate ProfileRequired Skills:-1. This position requires an understanding of design and production of print and other graphics for all types of applications including butnot limited to advertising, brochures, technical literature and trade show graphics; general business practices and office procedures and social media.2. Must be Mac and PC computer literate.3. This job requires someone who is able to work with a group as well as individually.4. Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or equivalent required.5. Recent graduates to 2 years of experience.,
