Job Description

    - Org Culture : Work with the leadership team to develop the culture and practices that ensure business strategies and priorities are enabled with the right talent acquisition, retention programs and intended outcomes- Mentorship : Work effectively, transparently and in a partner-like fashion to advise and influence the founders, the leadership team, ensuring buy-in to key policy and process designs and discipline on company wide implementation- Performance Management : Lead the implementation & change of robust, consistent and flexible performance management system, linked to the remuneration system, putting the Talent Management framework in place, Leading the Change Management and OD initiatives- Coaching : Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to people managers (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)- Talent Acquisition : Partner with Recruitment team to support execution of hiring / talent mix / compensation strategies- Learning & Development : Identify training needs for business we support and partner with L&D to develop and execute programs to address those needs Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified : - Graduation is mandatory, MBA preferred- Experience in an early stage (Series A - Series D) funded startup is highly preferrred for this role- Comfortable working in fast paced ambiguous circumstances to forge new policies and ideas- Demonstrate a people-first approach and exceptional judgment in making people-related decisions About GrayQuest : GrayQuest, based in Mumbai and incorporated in 2017, is one of Indias largest vertical focused consumer financing company in the education ecosystem mainly focused on providing zero cost EMIs for the $100B education ecosystem in India.We are live with 4000+ educational institutions where our product is used to pay fees in convenient monthly payments with insurance and reward benefits.
