    Job Responsibilities :.
    • Responsible for Performance monitoring & benchmarking
    • Maintain Statutory and regulatory compliance
    • Provide Support to minor projects at existing sites and new projects.
    • Coordinate with site counterparts for regular information sharing
    • Ability to Minimize production/ quality loss in event of unplanned failure
    • Evaluation of Repairs & refurbishment facilities
    • Ensure Harmonization of standards for equipment from different vendors and product groups
    Job Description (Specific To Position) Job Purpose : Responsible working on project with an objective of low overall life cycle cost as well as ensuring long term overall integrity and reliability of equipment for capital projects/modifications. Job Accountabilities
    • Review technical offers from vendors and a recommendations for equipment selection
    • Review critical vendor drawings to ensure technical integrity of selected machines.
    • Review critical technical deviations and engineering waivers.
    • Review inspection and test plans, witness critical factory test and approve test results
    • Capture Lessons learnt from completed projects and keep project specifications updated.
    • Carry out gap analysis of Rotating equipment asset with respect to latest specifications and practices.
    • Develop and mentor subordinates on rotating equipment engineering.
    • Oversee & Ensure Statutory and Regulatory compliance
    • Monitor safety performance and implementation of safety initiatives to enhance safety through specification compliance.
    • Identify training needs and facilitate for learning, skill development of Engineers.
    • Provide erection and commissioning assistance to ensure flawless start-up.
    • Represent Organisation in various industrial forums, participate in national level conference, seminars & other networking events and drive organisation s standards and integrity into industry to strengthen engineering practices. Gain industry wide experience of engineering practices and technology improvements.
    Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)
    • Knowledge of industry standards and codes (API, ASME, ISO etc.)
    • Thorough knowledge and clear understanding of various API standards for rotating equipment
    • Clear understanding of basic functioning of various rotating equipment and associated systems.
    • Cross discipline knowledge for rotating equipment systems i.e. Electrical, Civil and instrumentation.
    • Experience in erection, commissioning and trouble-shooting of rotary equipment is required.
    • Effective team leader and ability to manage conflicts among various stake holders.

    Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications) Qualifications:
    • BE / ME / B Tech / M Tech in respective discipline
    Experience:
    • 12-15 years of engineering experience with minimum 3 years as a Section Head Engineering
    • Experience of working on at least two refinery or petrochemical projects from client side for rotary equipment engineering activities involving variety of rotating equipment.
    Education Requirement : Diploma/Bachelor#s degree in Engineering (Discipline Specific details in Additional Info) Experience Requirement : At least 10 years (for Degree)/15 years (for Diploma) of maintenance experience Skills & Competencies :Leadership, strong interpersonal, Managerial, organizing and co-ordinating skill Self-motivated and strong organizational skill Delegation skill and prioritization time management skill.,
