Job Profile: To Aggregate individuals to work as independent advisors/distributors of financial products from existing Agents( Insurance MF etc. ), DSAs etc. People who are new to the area of distribution of financial products such as students, teachers, Chartered Accountants, Doctors, Members of certain Associations, Bank Managers etc can also be motivated. To provide support to these recruited persons such as coaching, mentoring, joint calls, training, any other help required. To procure Business under different products either directly or thru these independent advisorsWork as motivator to create a sense of entrepreneurship in these individuals and expand their incomeTo maintain a minimum 50 individual independent advisors in the first year.
