Works with hiring managers to develop job descriptions. Leads the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position identifying effective sources Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills. Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, considerations and selection. Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations.
