Job Description

This position is responsible for providing support to North American based Human Capital and Employee Benefits Consultants. Within this role you will be expected to quickly and accurately produce a high-volume number of client facing analytical reports, requiring fast turnaround times.This intermediate support level position requires someone with an analytical mind who is detail oriented with work product and outputs using Microsoft Excel

  • On a monthly and/or quarterly basis pull reports from insurance carriers web-sites to populate Dashboard reports in advanced level excel based templates, and other applicable client facing reports.
  • Produce print ready Dashboards reports that show past, present, and future financial impact of medical, Rx and dental plans.
  • Ability to review own and others work product to quickly identify data errors.
  • Researches and provides updates and escalation for client (internal and external) requests. Works with appropriate team members in gaining resolution. Refers complex, unusual problems to team leaders.
  • Set up of new clients in formatted templates, with ability to identify out of scope support issues and escalate as appropriate.
Skills and knowledge
  • Basic finance and or accounting knowledge is a plus, specifically concepts around budgeting and forecasting spend
  • Ability to identify and communicate macro themes in data and process issues
  • Strong critical thinking capabilities and the willingness to apply skills proactively
  • Ability to quickly transfer learning into practice
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Possesses a desire to ask questions in order deliver better work product
  • Strong communication skills with very strong English speaking skills
  • Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a wide range of positions within the organization
  • Team player with ability to work as a group and independently
  • Strong excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
, Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, ExperienceQualifications: Graduate
  • Maths and Stats graduate
  • Prior experience working with US based consulting firm preferred
  • Financial or analytical background preferred
  • Ability to identify and communicate macro themes in data and process issues
  • Knowledge in health and welfare programs preferred
  • Plus is a back ground in Human Capital, HR, Compensation and/or Employee Benefits
  • 3+ years of working experience
  • Strong critical thinking capabilities and the willingness to apply skills proactively
  • Ability to quickly transfer learning into practice
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
