Job Description

    Our client is part of one of the largest conglomerates in India and are setting up a new FMCG organization with a large investment in play. IT and Digital will play an important role in their growth. They are looking to hire a Head of Custom Application Development for the organization in Mumbai.The incumbent will be responsible for:- To Design , Develop and Run IT Applications specific to cover the business processes which the business and Industry. - To Design, Develop / Acquire , customize applications that are not covered by Standard applications like ERP, SCM - Custom build and maintain integration points with Data Analytics Platform, reporting platforms and other 3P software. - To Spot opportunities to automate , re-engineer and induce IT enabled business process across the business. - Leverage Group wide common applications by ensuring compliance and usage across the business.The ideal fit would be a candidate with:- BE / MBA preferred- 15+ yrs of exp and 3+ as an Development / Delivery Head- Preferably have worked on FMCG, FS, e-commerce, B2C, C2C, D2C applications - Have great experience in Developing / Leading large complex B2C or C2C products and solutions- Have an experience of managing all areas of Technology including Development, UI, UX, Products etc- Have great experience in stake-holder management, relationship & Team Management- Have experience in Delivering multiple complex applications simultaneously- Great communication skills- Be ready to relocate to MumbaiPlease note:- Your profile will be managed in utmost confidence- Similarly, we will not be able to share the name of the client offhand- We will not be able to name the client till your profile is shortlisted by our team- Budgets for this role are around 55 to 70 LPA depending on experienceVipul Agarwal Zend Consulting ServicesCell: +91.hidden_mobileThis job opening was posted long time back.
