    Industry - Chemicals / Petrochemical / Plastic / RubberCategory - FinanceJob Type - Permanent Job Description - As Head of Business Finance, you would be responsible for setting up the FP&A function, focusing on long range strategy, pricing, budgeting, forecasting, planning, competition analysis, driving bottomline improvement strategies and special projects with CFO and MD.Client DetailsOur client is a reputed listed chemical manufacturing MNC, based out of Mumbai.DescriptionAs VP - Finance, you will report to the CFO. Your key responsibilities would be:1. Develop Medium to Long Term financial and strategic plans working closely with Cross-functional Senior Leadership and Leadership Team2. Build annual budgets and profit & loss forecasts3. Create various scenarios and financial models for long term growth, assess the risks and opportunities impacting Strategic Plan and propose an optimal cash allocation plan4. Compare and evaluate previous budgets and forecasts, perform variance analysis to explain differences in performance and suggest improvements5. Collaborate on the key tactical and organisational areas of budgeting and control, capital investments and resource management6. Develop systems to continually improve the standards and benchmarks in Budgeting, Financial Projections and Operating Forecast7. Partner with various stakeholders - Business, Projects, Operations, HR, Finance and other functions to evaluate and develop new standard reports to review business performance8. Present detailed financial and operational analysis measuring financial and non-financial indicators, identify reasons behind company performance on monthly and quarterly basisProfileCA or MBA + Cost Accountant with 15+ years of experience in core business finance and partnering across manufacturing industries.Job OfferSet up and lead business finance for a growing listed manufacturing organization.,
