Job Description

Achieve budgeted sales targets for the Modern Trade through prudent deployment of resources, review of performance, evaluation of progress and preparing subsequent action plans with a 2-3 year time horizon.

Sales Planning & Campaign execution : To plan for sales forecasts, sales mix, set targets, drive alignment and dissemination, plan for resource deployment and track and monitor progress periodically

Set up, implement and improvise processes for ensuring distribution of target products (Must Stock List) and Visibility objectives and to measure this on ongoing basis.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive for timely availability of marketing inputs in order to provide accurate, consistent and relevant messages within and outside the team.

Ethics and Compliance: As per company policiesRegularly interact with trade partners and Consumers in order to develop a healthy work relationship and influence stakeholders towards the organization s point of view.
