Job Description

Position: Head - Direct Sales- Initiate & develop relationships with HNIs / Family Offices / Multi-family Offices / RIAs- Manage and nurture relationships with HNIs / Family Offices / Multi-family Offices / RIAs on an ongoing basis- Develop activity and engagement plan for the target segment- Accept and achieve sales targets for the target segment- Develop expert knowledge of the firms offerings to present suitable solutions to the target segment- Suggest product enhancements / changes to make the offerings more attractive to the target segment- Supervise a team who manage and nurture relationships with the target segmentRequirements:- Minimum 10 years of experience in direct sales to the target segment- Proven track record managing a team- Candidates with existing relationships with the leading entities in the target segment will be preferred.Product ranges are MF, Insurance, Realty, Information Technology, Wellness, Interiors, Loan.Qualification: - MBA / CA / CFA,
