Job Description - Head -Growth- Owning digital strategy for Fraazo and responsible for running the digital show with the team- responsible for acquisition and retention targets along with minimizing churn on digital front.- Leading a high-performing team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various marketing functions including performance marketing, events, social media marketing, product marketing and partnerships.- Budgeting and planning: Work on yearly, quarterly, and monthly budget plans against the targets and identify revenue optimization areas.- Working on organic growth and maximizing the revenue from SEO / ASO- Increase the downloads and usage.- Optimization of PPC ads, Paid Social, Mobile and Display- Management of performance marketing tools (Adjust)- Ensure all digital projects are in line with performance goals- Drive marketing technology changes and enhancements to support performance goals- Consistent audit and review of digital account and drive changes in all areas that impact performance- Train and education team on new platform features and best practices- Assist team with best practices on launching optimized online adverts through Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat. to increase Fraazos user acquisition/ retention and brand awareness- Be actively involved in market facing communication- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date- Own the customer lifecycle management process - by running campaigns and working with product teams on features and improvements- You will be accountable for providing strategic insights and solutions to decision-makers based on data analysisRequirements :- Should be currently in a Senior Position of Growth (with more than 6 years of relevant experience)- Strong experience in Growth Hacking, social media/ Viral Marketing, managing demand generation & the customer acquisition funnel and performance marketing.- experience only in Digital Marketing with focus on mobile app/e-com/gaming industry.- Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.,
