Job Title / Designation:Head IT-New Technologies - IT Infrastructure, IT Hardware. Servers & Networking, IT Security, Software Applications, Analytics, Technology upgradation Position reports to the DirectorThe Client (About the Group / Organization)Our client is one of the worlds largest players in waste management with deep engagement in sourcing, reprocessing, recycling, and distribution of recyclable and recycled plastics, paper, metal and rubber. Annual group turnover is around 700 mn USD. The group operates through 30+ offices in 25+ countries globally. The group invests good time and money in fulfilling social / CSR responsibilities growing historically at CAGR of 40%.The Assignment (The Role / Job Description):To independently set up, manage, create roadmaps and drive new technology upgradations in the group:- Assess current IT architecture and technology level and strategize roadmap for upgradation- Establish data security with robust firewalls- Set up proper infrastructure network- Identify new technologies and develop cutting edge software applications for implementations through vendors- Develop and embed future software technology applications including chat, analytics, etc.- Create and maintain updates SOPs for e-governance structure- Get applications networked through cloud with new interfaces.- Coordinate with internal IT infrastructure team for integrationThe Person (Candidate Details): A) Experience i) Around 40 yrs (+/- 5 yrs) ii) Male / Female iii) Graduate + MBA preferred (relevant experience more important than qualification) iv) Should have headed IT division in a mid-size company v) Experience of having developed home grown ERP solutions will be an added advantage B) Competencies i) People Management skills ii) Excellent Communication Skillsiii) Strong planning, effective coordination, service oriented, customer centric iv) Assertive, Independent Go-getter, high drive & energy v) Handle users adeptly, understand users and fulfil expectations of all key stakeholders vi) Problem solving skills, strong on applications, pragmatic, logical coherence, meticulous, result oriented, self-driven, high ownershipWork Experience:From 15 yrs TO 25 yrsJob Location: MumbaiCTC: 35 Lakhs to 55 LakhsRewards: Performance linked rewards / global career opportunitiesAbout us:One of the leading Executive Search, Selection and Recruitment Research Firms in India.,
