JOB PROFILE: Responsible for complete day- to- day monitoring of current technology used and create relevant changes within the clients own stores, online platforms and potential franchise model. Responsible for developing, enhancing and deploying a companys web presence. Ensures execution of companys business goals and strategies. Shall be part of the core team responsible to lead the growth of the organisation in terms of expansion within the existing sales channel as well as strengthening their online presence. Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms for delivering the company s services. Lay down a whole systems framework and processes for all stores and online processes. Implement web- based internal communications system across all stores. CANDIDATE PROFILE: Years of experience: 10 years - 15 years. Technical degree qualification is required (BE/ B.Tech) . Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Experience from Retail/ Consumer / B2C industry is preferred. Experience in system set- up and integration of technology across geographic expansion, opening new sites/ setups is very important. ,
