Job Description

    Greetings From Aspire Management Solutions!We are looking for Head Manufacturing- CC with a leading Construction chemical company located in Mumbai.JD:Statutory Compliance:
    • Understand & ensure that applicable statutory acts & rules pertaining to all unit operations are abided by
    • Ensuring updating of the database of all factories-related licenses and permissions on a monthly schedule and taking timely actions required to fulfill the same
    • Responsible for Liasoning with various statutory authorities such as PCB, Factories Inspectorate, local Gram Panchayats / Municipal bodies, Fire Service dept. etc pertaining to all units.
    • Ensuring facilitation of plant Expansion related activities undertaken by UnitHeads
    Safety and Environment:
    • Ensure implementation of EHS Management System implementation in the units
    • Ensure implementation of safety Risk assessment and address of high risk activities in units.
    • Ensure effectiveness of critical safety systems implementation such as Permit System, Electrical safety , Electrical Isolation ( Lag out-Tag out system - LOTO),Fire control management across the units
    • Ensure Fire preparedness in the cluster through periodical External & Internal fire safety audits & ensure closing of audit points in a time bound manner by units,
    • Ensure Accident/Incident reporting, and communication to Internal/External stakeholders by unitheads.
    • Ensure effective analysis & implementation of corrective actions of all incidents/accidents in the units.
    • Ensure maintaining of MIS of all safety performance including accidents/incidents and near misses in the factory by the unitheads
    Unit Deliverables:
    • Ensure achieving output deliverables for the assigned unit/s with respect to:
    o Service Identify major structural /One time constraints & facilitate unit heads to address the constraints in time bound mannero Quality Ensure effectiveness of deviation management process & facilitate time bound systemic address of deviations by unitheadspertaining to Process & Product Quality o Ensuring minimal manufacturing cost & maximum capacity utilization through optimal utilization of man, material & machine ( through unitHeads)Interested candidates can revert back with their updated resume at hidden_email
