We have an opening as a Head-Marketing and Growth with one of our FMCG ClientExperience Required :7+Years into Marketing and GrowthJob Location : MumbaiWe are looking for an experienced person to lead business and brand growth via strategic initiatives in marketing and business channels. You will design, implement, and monitor effective regular and big-ticket campaigns that align with the business goals.Our ideal candidate is result oriented, data driven, and entrepreneurial.- The Head of Growth will lead all the internal marketing and channel teams and play a key role in companys long-term planning as well.- The Head of Marketing & Growth will be responsible for all aspects of the companys marketing and sales channels including: brand building and content, leading Customer Acquisition/Traffic, Customer Engagement, E-commerce, and Marketing Analytics.- She/He will deliver exceptional growth in revenue by defining and executing the overall plan for marketing and growth by leading a diverse team of strong performers to achieve these goals.- Develop, implement, monitor a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and annual sales along with smooth execution of marketing campaigns and launches in line with the budget- Continue to strengthen the brands unique and compelling image, personality, and voice to build the category of cloth diapers in India along with the brand of Company- Strengthen the current e-commerce, Ambassador network, retailers, and D2C arm of the brand to drive business growth while developing newer channels, if required- Liaison with key stakeholders at Amazon, Flipkart and other key channels to drive exceptional brand growth on these platforms- Mobilize execution teams to implement the ideas/strategy as discussed and primarily - get-things-done- Contribute to the executive leadership of the overall business as an active member of the core executive team.- Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR activities- Be hand-on on marketing and business metrics and be data oriented with decision making- Work cross-functionally with product managers and customer service team to make sure all Initiatives can be and are delivered with high level of quality and efficiencyVeena,
