Job Description

    Job Roles and Responsibilities- Finance and Accounts Budget and planning. Review of Budget v/s actual.- Make the finance strategies and generate finance from various financial institutions as and when required.- Market analysis and forecasting.- Analyse business operations, costs, revenues financial commitment, and obligation to project future revenues and expenses.- Evaluation of new projects in close coordination with all senior team of management, and fundraising of both short term and long term.- Maintain relationships with bankers, investors, and analysts.- Preparation of annual operating plan and monthly analysis for variance between the annual operating plan and actual.- Skill to improve operations, impact business growth and maximize profits through internal controls and productivity enhancement.- Setting up and driving finance, commercial and legal functions like mergers, demergers, preference shares, and OCD and Acquisition, annual business plans, expertise in managing commercial projects.- Secretarial & Legal Compliances and driving Audits with internal and external agencies.- In charge of complete accounts finalization and audit of financials of the company as well as subsidiaries.- Key member in all board meetings, and audit committee meetings. preparation of agenda for a board meeting to draft annual reports of the company and subsidiaries as per the statutory requirement of revised schedule VI and preparation of the balance sheet, profit & loss A/C, and its related schedules and sub-schedule for all group companies.- Generate and monitor (MIS) and meet the deliverables for each business activity for the boards and the CEOs office to analyze and take relevant decisions.- to take part in marketing plan review including brand v/s action.- hiring and training and developing human talent and retaining the manpower.- consolidating final accounts, and overseeing the preparation of trial balance and final accounts.- managing the treasury & fund along with investment portfolios of the company.- prepare forecasted fund flow on monthly basis.- tax computation and the working of advance tax.- preparing the deferred tax liability working considering the tax holiday period as per AS22.- Handing statutory compliance related to income tax TDS, provident fund, professional tax and GST, FEMA.- Submission of different reports like CMA data, FFR others reports.Qualification- CA OR MBA - FINANACE- 15 years of experience- Location Mumbai
