Job Description

    * Job Summary SC Ventures (SCV) spearheads innovation across Standard Chartered. Included in SCV s mandate will be to invest in FinTech s and other start-up companies, promote rapid testing and implementation of new business models. Solv Vietnam is set up as an e-commerce marketplace to transform the traditional B2B supply chain, supporting SMEs with easier and faster access to finance. Responsibilities Business
    • Build and manage relationship with SCB CCIB as well as Financial Institutions to engage & sign up Anchor clients and FI partners to participate on the platform
    • Evaluate in detail the performance of partnership programs, assessing among other things their ability to source high quality clients in target segments with whom multi-product relationships are being built
    • Determine how to optimize partnership programs to improve their strategic fit and performance to increase the efficiency of the platform
    People & Talent
    • Lead by example and build the appropriate culture and values.
    • Strengthen hiring & career development plan for the tea
    • Create a motivational and challenging environment in the team which is conducive to creativity and delivery of the strategy.
    Risk Management
    • Execute responsibility for identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating risks.
    Governance
    • Act and escalate quickly when any risk and control weakness become apparent and ensure they are addressed within an appropriate timeframe and escalated through the relevant committees.
    • Work with multiple stakeholders to establish applicable risk / control framework to ensure that the Group s ability to remain within risk appetite is not materially threatened.
    • Familiarise self with governance structures and mandatory bank processes.

    • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct .
    • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
