Job Responsibilities :.
• Ensure compliance to the laid PSC procurement procedures, JOA and company policies & guidelines.
• Take lead while negotiating with bidders to fetch better terms & conditions as well as prices
• Getting continuous updates of market to ensure sufficient competition during the bidding stage.
• Ensure high safety and quality standards in contracting
• Formulate contracting strategy synergetic to business goal
• Ensure Standardization of documents like GCP, GCC, other templates and formats.
• Ensure digital record keeping of procurement documentation
• Ensure inter-departmental co-ordination for smooth functioning of purchasing & contract function
• Capability building and succession planning
• Motivation and development of team
• Ensure transparency in complete procurement and contract process is maintained
• Co-ordination with central SAP IT Team for implementation of any changes in the system and timely resolution of SAP issues
• Ensure post award PO/ Contract management including Change order process and close out of POs/ Contracts
• Co-ordination for all Internal & External audits and ensure proper response to queries resulted from such audits
• Assessment of contractors# performance
1. Deliver value as a strategic Partner of GMS to achieve growth and profitability targets of O2C business .2. Align the Procurement Team with the priorities of Group Manufacturing Services (GMS-O2C), Plan & monitor Work Loads and Performance and enhance effectiveness.3. Ordering and Delivery of Equipment and Material, duly aligned to the Project & Steady State priorities, as per Annual Operating Plans (AOP) ensuring the Availability of Plants and Reliability of Equipment .4. Deliver cost reduction through strong alignment with all P&L Leaders, partner with all stake holders in design and execution of innovative cost reduction strategies with a focus on Life Cycle costs.5. Enhance Productivity and thereby achieve reduction in Fixed Costs of P&C.6. Inventory reduction in partnership with Group Manufacturing Services (GMS).7. Enhance maturity of Risk Management; monitor, mitigate and manage Key Risks within limits.8. Ensure integrity assurance in all P&C activities.9. Build a sustainable P&C organization, develop leadership Pipeline, identify skill gaps, competency development in specific areas and reskilling.10. Supplier Relationship Management and building deep relationship with the managements of Strategic Suppliers.11. Identify and enter into long term collaborative agreements with Strategic Suppliers in partnership with GMS.12. Enhance ARC coverage, Lead time Reduction, Vendor Managed Inventory and 3D Printing.13. Provide Domain Expertise for Design, Testing and Adoption of relevant applications in P2P Platform in a phased manner, so as to create significant impact on P&C Outcomes.14. Partner with FC&A on Working Capital Management.15. Drive cross Functional decisions for effective functioning of P&CNecessary 25+ years of relevant experience in supply chain management in Oil and Gas Industry.In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles, product and industry knowledge.Experience in digital sourcing and procurement systems.Familiarity with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements, as well as understanding of standard contractual terms and conditions to mitigate legal risk.Education Requirement :
• B Tech / BE + MBA or similar professional qualifications
Experience Requirement :
• 18 - 21 years of experience in related field
• Experience in leading subsea hardware purchase/ contracting

• Strong commercial acumen, result driven
• Expertise on terms & conditions of purchase/ contracts
