Job Description

    Head - Placements & Collaboration Core ECS-Leading Ampersand Group BASIC INFORMATION ON THE ROLE Role Name / Designation : Head Placements & CollaborationsFunction / Department : ECS OPS CoreReporting to : VP-ECSPURPOSE OF THE ROLE To create demand in Wage employment for all ECS Projects through National Tie-Ups & create vertical mobility opportunities through Higher Education & Entrepreneurship KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE1. Prepare an Annual Plan for Placements & Collaborations for ECS OPS for all projects including school students, short term skilling 2. Establish National Level Tie-Ups with relevant industry players for selected sectors in various projects 3. Establish connect with relevant Sector Skill Councils from a Placement & Entrepreneurship collaboration perspective 4. Strike key collaborations with relevant industry players, chambers, institutions active in the Placement, Entrepreneurship, Employability for various Group entities 5. Flash Regular Demand notices to various COE Heads, Head Projects, Placement Personnel deployed in each project 6. Prepare dashboards, trackers, review mechanisms & processes at the Group Level 7. Establish a contact center/back-office for effective Post Placement Tracking & RetentionKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS 1. Tie-Ups & Collaborations 2. Demand Notices 3. Dashboards, Trackers, Review Mechanisms, Processes & implementation of the Placement, Entrepreneurship & Mobility Agenda 4. A successful contact center /back-office for Post Placement Tracking & Retention KEY INTERACTIONS Internal - Vice President Reporting & Functional DirectionEXTERNAL - Stake Holders Successful partnerships & collaborations, liasoning & handling to achieve outputCOMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE KNOWLEDGE- Should have a good understanding of various govt. schemes like DDUGKY, NSQF, RPL, Short Term Skilling and its challenges - Should have operated in this role successfully for atleast 2-3 Years SKILLS- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and other regional dialects would be an added advantage - Should be adept with MS-Word and its applications ABILITIES- To lead a team of Placement Personnel at HO, Region & Centre Level - Work under pressure & ambiguity - Be flexible to work with multicultural work environment - Target oriented ROLE REQUIREMENTS Education Qualifications : Graduate/Post Graduate in any disciplineExperience : 10-15 YearsDetails on the client :Our client is a multi-faceted, end-to-end solution provider in the education and healthcare sectors.
