This role is accountable & responsible (1) To setup project execution team aligned with PMO framework (2) To ensure timely delivery of projects across tech function Primary Responsibilities The role is expected to provide strong techno-managerial leadership in a matrix environment to promote best practices in managing interrelated projects and programmes to ensure successful & timely delivery. (1) Responsible for overseeing - monitoring & driving Projects. Buidling & Guiding Team to achieve their targets by removing bottlenecks and ensure the delivery within agreed scope, time, cost and quality.(2) Understand Business needs and ensure that design and delivery is aligned with Business(3) Align the function with PMO framework.(4) Executive Dashboards, Business Reporting, visibility to stakeholders(5) Manage Stakeholders, Escalations, Enable required support internally to ensure projects are not suffered (6) Act as binding force between design team, operational team, project team & Business Team(7) Monitor and manage compliance to processes, policies and standards(8) Manage Project risks, issues and incidents ensuring corrective actions are taken as required(9) Manage the Project conformance to budget, performance to project timeframes, deliverables achieved & transition to business operations Pre-Requisites (1) Strong Technology Background with excellent delivery / execution skills.(2) Should have excellent Project planning, management, tracking & reporting skills(3) Should have excellent verbal & written communication skills(4) Should have exprience in managing Projects in Technology Domains and must have adequate knowledge on Infrastructure, IT-Security experience in driving large data center implementation & migration projects (5) Multi-Tasking, Team Management, ability to single-handedly own & drive multiple projects till closure at the sametime(6) Excellent verbal & written communication skills,
