The person should have handled volume hiring, client facing roles. The person needs to drive numbers across pan India. He/ she should know the avenues for sourcing with minimum cost. New avenues generation for sourcing & client facing for number closing. Partner Management & Skilling Agencies Team handling of Managers & Recruiters (Portal, Field & office based resources) Performance Management Leading the appraisal process for employees through 360 degree Feedback. KRA setting & Fixation of Performance measuring parameters Performance Ratings consolidation Employee Communication Handling Employee Grievance/ Redressal methodologies. Planning & Organizing Town Hall Meetings, Forums, Team meetings, Monthly Cross functional meetings, focus group meetings etc. Floor walk to know the pulse of employees, Motivating & Counselling.
