KRA setting & Fixation of Performance measuring parameters Performance Ratings consolidation Employee Communication Handling Employee Grievance/ Redressal methodologies. Planning & Organizing Town Hall Meetings, Forums, Team meetings, Monthly Cross functional meetings, focus group meetings etc. Floor walk to know the pulse of employees, Motivating & Counselling.
