Job Description

    In charge of end to end hiring, pan India.1. Devise strategy for hiring- volume, lateral and leadership.2. Interacting with the Hiring Managers to understand the requirement and source best professionals in stipulated SLA for various verticals.3. Reviewing strategies with the managers on regular basis in terms of hiring and business projections.4. Identify talent pool and market availability and build a strong mechanism to support business requirements5. Establish scalable network and strong selection process ensuring the right talent is getting in to the organization6. Devise an appropriate channel mix to ensure a market competitive cost per hire7. Identify & monitor measures across processes. Develops measures / shapes new processes to improve performance.8. Design metrics to measure and improve recruitment efficiency.9. Guide the team (current team of 4 based in 4 diff location) around key priorities and goals.10. Create a clear offer management process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/turn downs.11. End to end operations of HR recruitmentCandidate Profile:1. Should have minimum 10 years of experience in handling recruitment ideally with an ecommerce/IT company2. Should have good experience in lateral hiring, volume hiring with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.3. Should be energetic & out of the box thinker.4. Company is indiscrimate about hiring candidates with a break/sabbatical, education qualifications etc.,
