Job Description

    Job DescriptionJob Purpose:
    • Business/ Credit/ Operations
    • Relationship Management
    • Customer Management
    Managerial Responsibilities:
    • Due Diligence of the potential selected pool
    • Finalisation of Cashflows
    • Publishing monthly payout calculation reports along with future cash flows factoring prepayments to the Originator within the TAT
    • Responding and Resolving to any queries/clarifications sought by the Originator
    • Location site visit/Promoter meeting and evaluate the quality and adherence to the policy norm
    • Liaising with Legal & compliance, Risk control & clients to resolve various disbursement related issues
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Putting up proposals for pools approvals
    • Co-ordinating with Originator, Credit and Legal Team for On-Boarding new Originator / Clients and continuous monitoring
    • Providing payout confirmation to Treasury team & co-ordination with Originator & Banks
    • Ensuring that the transaction is in accordance with the RBI Guidelines
    • Conducting periodic performance reviews and taking course corrections
    • Establish credit reporting mechanisms and following the reporting formats
    • Regularly study the improvements and changes in RBI policy and guidelines; incorporate the same in Credit Policy
    • Create excellent relationship with all stakeholders in the WSB
    • Network with various stakeholders internally and externally
    • Meet both internal and external customer turnaround time
    • Liaison with internal & external auditors, supervision of day to day operations for given portfolio, interaction with key stake holders
    • Market understanding
    • Team Leading ability: Ability to groom and train team and maintain cohesive work environment
    • Ability to Adapt: Ablity to adapt with dynamic market/other aspects
    • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple assignments at the same time
    • Communication skills: Ablity to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
    • Basic Financial Analysis understanding
    • Basic Risk Management: Basic understanding of various risks involved
