Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:1. Own the development of a strategic social media marketing plan and its associated budget across campaigns and channels.2. Work with agencies, publishers, platforms (directly and indirectly), and other partners to find fast, creative, and efficient ways to build, execute and measure innovative social media marketing plans that connect with customers, maximize engagement and create sharing, talk value, and advocacy.3. Lead the development and direct the implementation of a wide range of content forms, including video, text, still imagery, animation, live-action, and other content forms that best utilize the technology available on any given social media/digital platform.4. Own the content development relationships with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, and another primary/key partnerships.5. Develop partnerships and productive working relationships with program development teams, talent, publicists, showrunners, and other related stakeholders to build/leverage networking opportunities and integrate them into strategic and tactical planning.6. Provide inspirational and creative and thought leadership on ways to reach and gain the attention of target audiences.7. Plan and manage campaign executions, on time, on budget, to scope.8. Manage external agencies and publishing partners as necessary for that which we cannot do internally.9. Establish repeatable operational methodologies and mechanisms that enable frugal, fast, and responsive content development and distribution.10. Build, lead and manage a team of talented professionals. Job Expectations:Key Requirements:1. Min. 12 years working experience in related fields2. Deep knowledge in social media strategy, social media content development.3. Significant management experience - whether thats large teams (10+) or demonstrated leadership experience managing people, projects, cross-functional teams, and large budgets4. At the cutting edge of social trends and culture, knowing how to credibly and sensitively harness them while maintaining brand safety and values.5. Flexible, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.6. Prior experience developing a social + influencer strategy from infancy to maturity7. Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to run multiple projects and responsibilities8 Strong written and verbal communication skills a persuasive and passionate communicator with good public speaking skills Have many initiative ideas with a huge creative spirit Minimum Qualification:Bachelors or Masters in marketing, communication, mass media, or advertising Minimum Job Experience,
