Capability to Drive and enable Fibre-as-a-Service (FaaS) model to monetize the fibreinfrastructure as an independent entity3. Manage partner for broadband network operations & FTTH service provisioning.4. Implementing Capacity Management as per the guidelines issued by co. Technologyteam.5. NOC operational readiness for all the products, services, processes from internal &external partners.6. Enabling SOC technical team with various technical processes to improve theirresolution time for technical issues.7. Adept at automation, process digitization automation in the areas which contributehighest in CapEx and OpEx8. Extensive interaction with both internal and external customers and ability to managemultiple priorities & escalations.9. Integrate technology, network and service automation, customer experiencemanagement across all elements covering Lead to Cash , Plan to Build, Trouble toRestore, self-care and diagnostics, Order to activation for FTTH/BroadbandPolicy and Process Compliance10. Safeguard the organization s processes and policies.11. Strict adherence to SOP and the defined processes12. Encourage consistent and continuous compliance is followed by all employees andvendors with safety and regulatory requirements, standards and protocols13.
