Job Description

    JD:Managerial responsibilities:1) Managing the entire product and process suite in Supply Chain Finance2) To lead product management, development of new product in vendor and dealer channel side3) Functional expertise in creating product in various sector 4) Integration with Fintech/Corporate ERP system and process development5) Product advisory to sales team in closing deals6) Coordination with sales, credit, compliance, IT to get product, process approval7) Driving sector specific dealer/vendor programme and get functional approval from Product Head8) Driving channels through programme managers and branches to increase SCF penetration9) Manage revenue and book growth in various programmes10) Manage Corporate Relationship and increase lead flowFunctional Responsibilities:1) 1. Vendor Finance is a cash flow solution for suppliers to corporates and helps them in working capital and liquidity management2) 2. Dealer Finance is a cash flow solution for dealers/buyers where lenders finance them through a dedicated procurement credit line thereby helping them improve their purchasing power3) 3. New Alliances/Fintech tie-ups for building supply chain business for the bank thereby leveraging on technology for solutions on cost optimization, enhancement of working capital and higher transparency in business transactions for the customer
