2 to 3 years of experience in relevant industry as a Safety manager in Telecommunication environment Basic knowledge of Ethernet Packet & Optical network technology Basic understanding of Transmission Microwave-LBR/UBR, ISP/OSP network, 2G, 3G technology, Fibre equipments Responsible for adherence to maintain agreed SLA/KPIs Building synergy among all the stakeholders and ensure team safety as per company safety practices Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills able to articulate technical concepts into documentation Knowledge of Transmission, Ethernet / DWDM / OTN / MSP and Packet Network Technologies 2G, 3G Excellent coordination and understanding with cross functional team for resolving issues, capturing detailed and accurate response Should be able to Lead, manage and provide regular training to a team of 25 team members Manage first level escalations and minimize wrong Safety practices to zero Educational Qualifications: - BE/Diploma in Electronics / Telecommunications - Experience of working/leading in Safety department - Certification on HSW ,
