Job Description

  • To insure attendence , payrol Management, Leave Management, Conveyance reimbursement and Bank Transfer.
  • Good knoeledge of MS OFFICE , EXCEL , GOOD communication skills and writting skills.
  • Managing joining formalities , F&F Statutory complaince (PF ESIC), Realeasing letter, Appointment letter , relieving letter.
  • Monthly online challan prepartion of pf and esic
  • To Insure Mininmum wage revision of client as per state wise
  • client Mannagement
  • Handling and maintaing entire database of employees
  • Employee grievance and query resolution.
  • Coordinating with new employees on salary account opening, issuing ID Cards as per clients & Aadhar card updation
  • Track & Ensure all statutory compliance are met and are in order as per clients s requirement.
