Job Description The Change and Controls Team in Cash Account Management is focused on providing innovative solutions that facilitate the growth and operational efficiency of the department.As an experienced member of our team, we look first and foremost for people who are passionate about delivering business outcomes and driving business change. • Coordinating with technology and product owners to ensure each stage of technical change is adhering to best practices
• Building relationships with key stakeholders across the Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance & partner organizations to positively engage the parties in the outcomes
• Risk, prioritisation and conflict management across technology change to remove roadblocks
• Promote team building, training and empowerment to ensure pace, contribution and accountability
• Reporting progress to stakeholders
• Seeking and using innovative tools to reduce the manual overhead and risk within the department
Skills/Qualifications Essential:
• Ability to effectively chair meetings will appropriate follow up where necessary

• Knowledgeable of banking functions, specifically, in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Network, Reconciliations, Cash Management, Risk and Controls

• Experience with Design Thinking
• Identify priorities and manage multiple workstreams coordinating activities across departments
• Serve as senior program advocate in steering committees and other senior forums
