Interested candidates may share your resume on hidden_email to discuss further.Experience - 6 - 12 YearsQualification - Any EngineeringAge - Max 35 YearsIndustry - Packaging / Industrial Automation ManufacturingLocation - MumbaiJob Description -1.0 Job purpose1.1 Pharma OEM Business development in theWest region.2.0 Key tasks/ Responsibilities2.1 Expand Pharma OEM base across the region.2.2 Establish contacts with all OEMs in the region, build strong relationship, and promote Product lines.2.3 Understand OEMs business, rolling projects, product lines, their customer and targeted market2.4 Prepare OEM sales forecasts for the region, for all products.2.5 Actively monitor market trends, Competition activity, and evolve promotional strategy and sales effort2.6 Develop OEMs through effective brand building, product support.2.7 Ensure clear and clean transactions. With transparent information on OEMs end customers2.8 Strong ability and focus on Payment Collection/debt management2.9 Compliment the business of regions and branches with developmental results from OEM.3.0 Core competencies3.1 Self starter/ ability to work independently3.2 Consultative with strong product and technical knowledge3.3 Speaking/writing fluently in English and local language3.4 Strong relationship building skills3.5 Growth oriented through new customer acquisitions.3.6 Extensive product and application knowledge3.7 Strong business sense and commercial acumen3.8 Working knowledge with Pharma Industries and OEMs of the region.
