Job Description

Key Performance Indicators

  • Brand performance on sales channels (revenue, ROAS, repeats)
  • Brand performance on social media (followers, engagement etc)
  • Branded keyword searches on Google
  • Relative size of brand vs. key competitors
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive profitable sales for the brand across channels own website, market places and retail
  • End to End Responsibility of New Product Development
  • Lead all forms of brand-building, mainly through digital media
  • Plan effective media deployment
  • Budget for, manage the execution of, and track the success of all our marketing programs
  • Inspire & lead a team of young marketing professionals in helping achieve our marketing objectives
  • Imbibe the brands purpose and values, and help in their wider understanding & dissemination
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market-concept-product fit and devise means to craft effective communication around these
  • Actively seek out new avenues to drive brand awareness, product awareness and sales
