  • He/She will be looking after the accounts assigned to him.
  • He/She will be working on new businesses and pitches and should have a strategic mind-set to work on presentations for new businesses and current clients.
  • He/she should be hands on making presentation and presenting to clients as well.
  • Lead and mange a team of Sr. Manager, manager and Jr. Managers and create a roadmap for future leaders
  • Inspect reports and keep abreast of campaign outreach and effectiveness
  • Serve as a business advisor not just to the client, but also to the management and the team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional, internal teams to support a diverse pipeline of the projects
  • Provide client teams with consistent, valuable and relevant guidance for strategic projects
  • Lead the problem-solving charge to help connect the dots between business, brand & marketing goals, and the channels, tactics and technologies that will work together to provide actionable result
  • Possess a solid foundation of knowledge around what a product or service is & how the company would get paid.
  • Drive and build a solid business development model where the focus is not just to maintain the current client base but also getting in new business
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and optimal credit period management are met
  • Work closely with the strategic planner to improve current scope of work and grow into a multi-faceted advertising agency
