Job DescriptionHiGreeting of the dayWe are having Hiring for the Jobs for the Position Of Air Ticketing / Ground Staff/ Cabin Crew/Network Engineer/ Maintenance Engineer/ IN AIRPORT or Interview Timings :- 10 am to 6 pmPlease find the skills required and job description as below :-Job Responsibilities:Welcome passengers on board and directing them to their seats.Providing Information and safety procedures to the passengersChecking all seat belts and galleys are secure prior to take-off.Making announcements on behalf of the pilot and answering questions during the flightServing meals and refreshments;Selling duty-free goods and advising passengers of any allowance restrictions in force at their destination;Reassuring passengers and ensuring that they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations.Providing first aid facilityTicketing and maintenanceTechnical help* Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.* Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.* Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission.* Develop service procedures, policies and standards.* Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.* Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.* Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.* Keep ahead of industrys developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.* Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.* Adhere to and manage the approved budget.* Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.* Most importantly, airlines often experience bad weather and equipment malfunctions that change flight schedules and sometimes even cancel flights.
